Barrier-free museum experience

Apfelschule assists museums in making their temporary and permanent exhibitions barrier-free.

Through a QR code at the reception people who are blind or visually impaired access a website with their smartphones. The site is structured and enriched with all the elements of the exhibition: texts, videos, sounds, alternative texts to photos as well as directions.

Museum staff will be able to manage the accessibility of the website themselves after attending a training course provided by Apfelschule.
