An accessibility evaluation with a range of users

The customer panel will evaluate your product inside and out! Feedback collected from a wide range of user groups is nuanced, broad-based and comprehensive.

The setting of a customer panel depends on the type and scope of the app and/or website to be tested. The specific needs of the client can be addressed individually.

To get a first impression, two examples are given below.

On-site test

The app and/or website are tested at a specific client location, organised and conducted by Apfelschule in the following steps:

• Recruiting test persons
• Conducting and documenting pre-interviews
• Conducting and documenting all tests
• Conducting and documenting post-interviews
• Presenting and elaborating results including recommendations for action

Field test

App and/or website are tested for a defined period of time by selected users in

their usual environment, organised and conducted by Apfelschule in the following steps:

• Recruiting the test persons
• Explanation of the test scenario
• Independent testing of the app and/or the website
• Conducting interim interviews to address possible questions
• Collecting the results
• Presenting and elaborating results including recommendations for action
